Privacy Notice

1. Who is responsible for your data

Faceless/Ops is operated by Thriver Energy LLC ("Thriver Energy", "we", "us"). Thriver Energy LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email address, login credentials, and the profile details you give the AI Coach (goals, budget, hours, interests, platform preferences).

Content and usage data: the ideas, scripts, plans, channels and projects you create; AI usage counts (credits consumed, feature used); support messages you send us.

Connected channel data: if you connect a YouTube channel, we store the channel ID, name and securely encrypted access tokens so we can read channel information on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time.

Technical data: device and browser identifiers, IP address, and security/diagnostic logs used to keep the service reliable and safe.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — we never see or store your card numbers.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

We use account and content data to create your account and provide the service (contract performance); usage and technical data for security, fraud prevention and product improvement (legitimate interests); support messages to help you (contract performance / legitimate interests); and certain records to meet legal and tax obligations (legal obligation). Where consent is required (for example, connecting a third-party channel), we ask for it first and you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data with the categories of recipients needed to run the service:

  • Service providers and subprocessors: hosting, database and authentication infrastructure, AI processing providers, and error-monitoring tooling.
  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • YouTube/Google, only when you choose to connect a channel.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some providers process data outside your country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it when it's no longer required — except where we must retain records to meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You can exercise these from the Settings page inside the app or by contacting us through Help & feedback. If you're in the UK/EEA, you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority; we respond to requests within one month.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, row-level data isolation between accounts, and encrypted storage of connected-channel tokens.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and operate the app. We do not use advertising trackers. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, but essential ones are required to stay signed in.

10. Contact

Privacy questions or requests: use the Help & feedback page inside the app and we'll respond.
