Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Faceless/Ops purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Faceless/Ops is sold by Thriver Energy LLC, and our orders are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, email info@thriverenergy.com (no account or login needed) with the email address you used at checkout.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in US dollars and renew automatically until canceled. Canceling stops future renewals — it is not the same as a refund. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. You can cancel any time from Billing & Plan → Manage plan & billing inside the app, or by emailing us.
