We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Faceless/Ops purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Faceless/Ops is sold by Thriver Energy LLC, and our orders are processed by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and use their purchase support flow, or contact us through the Help & feedback page inside the app and we'll point you to the right place.

Refund handling follows Paddle's Refund Policy: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals — it is not the same as a refund. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. You can cancel any time from Billing & Plan → Manage plan & billing.
