Faceless/Ops is operated by Thriver Energy LLC ("Thriver Energy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you have the authority to accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Faceless/Ops is a subscription software service for planning and producing faceless content channels. It includes an AI coach, idea and script generation, a revenue planner, a production board, and channel connection tools. Features vary by plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Billing & Plan → Manage plan & billing. Plan changes and credit entitlements take effect only after Paddle confirms the transaction.

Faceless/Ops generates ideas, scripts, plans and suggestions using AI. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying the accuracy of outputs before you publish them, and for having the rights to any content you provide. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not professional, financial or legal advice.

You own the outputs generated for your account to the extent permitted by law. You must not use the AI features to produce illegal content, deepfakes intended to deceive, hate speech, malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights. We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. Rights holders can report infringement via the Help & feedback page inside the app.

You must not misuse the service. That includes: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, introducing malware, probing or attacking the service, scraping or bulk extraction, attempting to bypass plan limits or credit metering, reverse engineering, and reselling access to your account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and for keeping your account information accurate.

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property — software, documentation, design and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan. You grant us a limited license to host and process the content you provide solely to operate the service for you.

We work to keep Faceless/Ops reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law. Revenue figures shown in the planner are illustrative estimates, not income promises.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including lost profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from content you publish, unlawful use, or violation of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use the service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable retention window, so export anything you need beforehand.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Thriver Energy LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
